An exciting Kosher, Organic, Natural, Sustainable Shiraz made from Hand harvested grapes… bingo! It is made by Richard Harkham who named this wine after his grandmother. Her family moved to Israel from Iraq in the 1920s and she started making natural wines in Israel. Richard continues, now in Australia, the family tradition creating this wine that has been bottled without the use of preservatives or fining agents to convey the full flavors of the Hunter Valley and may show signs of natural sediment. The wine was produced without any sulphite additions yet its is made very much in the classic style of French Syrah wines from the Rhone valley.

Domaine Glinavos Ioannina Paleokerisio 2018 is innovative and at the same time a traditional wine with a characteristic orange colour.
A unique in its kind orange, semi-sparkling and semi-dry wine, which impresses with its distinctive and totally traditional vinification. It is produced from the indigenous white wine grape variety Debina with the addition of a small percentage of the red variety Vlahiko. It is a special type of wine, which revives the well-known traditional semi-sparkling wine of Ioannina, produced in the past by the locals. The little natural carbonate reveals the richness of flavours and aromas with a sweetness that blends in with all the other elements.
Domaine Glinavos Ioannina Paleokerisio has a characteristic orange colour which resembles that of honey, tea or a cognac colour. It is rich, refreshing and well – balanced with main aromas of apple, butter flavour with a mild oxidation, as well as aromas of cinnamon and a hint of vanilla. Aftertaste reminiscent of sweet cherry and refreshing bubbles that highlight the complexity of aromas in every sip.
Marcel Lapierre Raisins Gaulois 2019: This Cuvee made from our young Gamay is an explosion of fresh, sweet, fruit. Wine made from organically or biodynamically grown grapes with minimal intervention avoiding the use of chemicals, additives, and technology.
Arianna Occhipinti SP68 Bianco 2018 is a white wine capable of expressing the richness and personality of Sicily. It is made from indigenous grapes macerated on the skins and expresses aromas of fruit, citrus, aromatic and balsamic herbs and an expressive, traditional and direct taste.
Les Heretiques is a 90% old vine Carignan and 10% Syrah. The Carignan vines average 40 years in age, with some of them being up over 100 years old! The fruit is sustainably farmed and harvested partly by hand and partly by machine. Half of the Carignan is vinified traditionally–destemmed and fermented in used barrel and macerated with skins for 30 days–and half as whole clusters with carbonic maceration. Those wines are blended with the Syrah and aged in a combination of steel tank and neutral oak vats.
It is named after the Cathars, a heretical Christian group once based on the Languedoc but wiped out by order of Pope Innocent III in 1208 in response to the murder of a papal representative by a Cathar supporter near Minervois. The castle which is the home of Château d’Oupia dates back to this time as well.
La Biancara Bianco Masieri IGT 2016: La Biancara was born in 1988 by Angiolino Maule and his wife, Rosamaria. Before, they had worked for twelve years as pizza makers, but now they are dedicating themselves to the viticulture, their passion. At the beginning of 80’s, they bought a plot of land, about six hectares, in the hills of Sorio di Gambellara, where they built their house and winery.
Tselepos Amalia Brut NV: Located in the region of Tegea, Arcadia in the Peloponnese, the estate’s vineyards lie at an altitude of 750 meters and boast sandy clay soil. The vineyards’ yield does not exceed 55 hl/ha. and the region’s microclimate can be characterized as continental with cold winters and warm, dry summers.
This incredible Natural Sparkling Wine is brut due to method of harvesting: the grapes are picked while their sugar are still low. Also favors great quality of this Sparkling the use of grapes harvested early for low potential alcohol in order to create the base wine. Traditional method is used with the second fermentation in the bottle.
Ovum Wines Off the Grid Riesling 2017: This exquisite Riesling was entirely fermented with native yeast in both concrete egg and neutral wood.
