The 2014 Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Noir from Andrew Rich begins with inviting aromas of red and dark fruits with earthy undertones. On the palate this is medium bodied with a core of red fruits. It displays an elegant side with a lovely sense of place. Eola Amity Hills Pinot shows the best of both worlds in that it has the spiced red fruit of volcanic soils, and the prized structure from marine sedimentary sites.
