If you are not satisfied with your order, let us know and we will try to make sure you are always happy with our recommendations.

We allow refunds for the following reasons:

  • Merchandise damaged during shipping – We do our best to ship in a secure manner but if the product was damaged, please let us know and we can send a new shipment. Please make sure to add pictures of the damaged item to the form
  • Wine has gone bad – If the wine tastes bad, it is possible it has gone bad during shipping. Possible tell-tale signs are:
    • It has bubbles but it is not a sparking wine
    • It has a ‘moldy’ or vinegar smell
    • Very dark brown color
  • Order never arrived – If for any reason the courier has not delivered, we will review the matter to make sure your order arrives as soon as possible.
